Certificates

Vivera operates in accordance with the current rules and regulations. Additionally,  it  has been granted commercial certificates stating the process quality, as well as the quality of the process and the services. All certificates have been obtained by renowed companies authorized for the issuing of such documents by the thus authorized institutions.

BRC (British Retail Consortium) Certificate represents the certificate concerning meeting a production standard in food industry: Global Standard for Food Safety. According to the valid  edition (VI) from July 2011 it originally follows from the British Retail Consortium (BRC) from the year 1998, updated in regular intervals. The standard has been developed in order to specify the safety, quality and operational requirement which have to be satisfied  and proved that the organization that produces the food has met requirements in accordance with the regulations and consumer protection. The standard has been translated in several languages and is considered as the strictest and most demanding standard in the field of the production, storage and distribution of food. The standard is very complex and comprises several fields such as:  Senior Management Commitment and Continual Improvement, the Food Safety Plan (HACCP), food safety, Quality Management System, site standards, product control, process control and personell.

BCS (Bio Control System) Certificate is a certificate concerning meeting a criteria  for organic production according to the EU regulation 834/2007 (EC No. 834/2007 on Organic Production and Labeling of Organic Products and Repealing Regulation EEC No. 2092/911). The strict criteria as stated by Chapter V whereof the most important are the requirements concerning the organic production, packing, transport and storing the products, labeling the products and  control of  implementation  represent also our objectives  - confirmed by obtaining the certificate.

HACCP Confirmation is confirmation  for  implementation of the risk analysis system concerning the critical  control points (Hazard Analyses of Critical Control Points according the EU Regulation 852/2004 on the Hygiene of Foodstuffs; corresponding the rules from the Food Hygiene Regulation, Croatian Official Gazette No. 99/07. It represents a commercial confirmation obtained by an authorized foreign institution for the first time in 2005. Implementation of  HACCP system according to the law was carried out by the competent authorities of  Croatia - Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development, established by the compliance of currently valid regulations which came into force  on  01.01.2009. according to Food Act, Official Gazzette 46/07.

Certificate on  Laboratory „Ring“ Test Participation
The Company Microbiology Laboratory has been enabled for health safety analyses regarding foodstuffs. The laboratory activity has been approved by the Decree of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Care, comprising the certificates on participation and evaluation of the laboratory by the way of the so-called „ring“-tests. The remaining tests which can’t be carry out within the internal laboratory are referred to the external laboratories in Croatia and abroad. All external laboratories are checked by Vivera and are within the „proficiency“ tests system with corresponding certificates confirming its efficiency in this respect.

Certificate in  Environment Protection EN ISO 14001:2004
The international norm EN ISO 14001:2004 states the requirements concerning the environment management system. The implementation of this norm enables the setting up and the evaluation of efficient proceedings, setting up the policy and objectives concerning the environment management and its coordination. The objective of this norm is to effectively improve environment protection and pollution prevention as well as the coordination with the social and economic needs and necessities. The introduction of this norm represents the result of the population's growing sensitiveness regarding the environmental changes. The care we dedicate to the protection of environment is not the result of a moment, but the result of long-termed aim targeting a production  which is least damaging for the environment thus taking over the responsibility against the public and the society.
